Drawing from many years of experience we have been providing Entertainment Marketing and Artist Development services since 1999 which includes, booking and management services, media promotions, public relations services and much more.

HISTORY

Dr. Fred Wheatt is the owner and president for Hall of Fame Productions. Founding Director of the Melting Pot Orchestra, and The Executive Director of The Wheatt Foundation

He obtained  his Bachelors Degree in Music from Kent State University, in ; he received a Masters Degree in College Student Personnel Services with an emphasis in counseling from John Carroll University,  he received a Juris Doctorate Degree in Law from Cleveland-Marshall College of Law, Cleveland State University, 1990. 

Wheatt has also attended numerous concert training conferences throughout the U.S., including Cleveland Bar Association sponsored training conferences regarding legalities in the music business.    

Wheatt has promoted major productions for Cuyahoga Community College while serving as an administrator for over six years. He has taught concert promotions skills at various college conferences throughout the U.S. for over thirty years Wheatt has served as a music contractor and has performed as a trombonists with major international recording artists. He has also served as a performance booking agent, record producer, and talent manager. Wheat also utilizes the services of the American Federation of Musicians to which he has been a member of for over thirty years.
